">We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst - Financial Excellence to join our team at Wecruit Pte Ltd. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
About the Role
">The Business Systems Analyst - Financial Excellence will be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations. This includes translating business requirements into functional and technical specifications, working with developers to create efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces supporting business processes.
Additionally, the role involves performing configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules, developing and maintaining functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides. The ideal candidate will also identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
">- Collaborate with business stakeholders and functional teams to gather and document requirements for SAP ERP system enhancements and customizations.
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications, and work with developers to create efficient ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces supporting business processes.
- Perform configuration settings and maintenance on the FICO modules.
- Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including program specifications, test plans, and user guides.
- Identify opportunities to optimize existing SAP processes, recommending and implementing improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations by providing technical expertise and analysis.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP-related issues, providing timely support to end-users.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies, trends, and best practices to propose innovative solutions.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the IT Manager.
Requirements
">To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
- Strong understanding of SAP modules and processes, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience supporting SAP FICO modules.
- Strong research and analytical skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to adapt to evolving SAP and IT technologies.
- SAP certifications and experience with SAP S/4HANA are a plus.
- Proficiency in other tech tools like RPA is a bonus.
Salary
">We offer a competitive salary of SGD $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
