A Business Systems Analyst plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging technology and data analysis. ACP Computer Training & Consultancy, a leading provider of learning management systems (LMS), e-learning, website Development and ICT solutions, is seeking an exceptional candidate to join our team as a Business Systems Analyst Intern.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will serve as a bridge between the business and development teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure seamless project execution. This liaison position is crucial in translating business goals, requirements, and objectives into actionable plans for development, ultimately leading to successful project outcomes and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed business analysis outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions
  • Manage, track, and raise project issues and exceptions where required for approval
  • Involve in requirement study and gathering, creating mockups, test cases, and testing, and drive smooth deployment and adoption, supporting ongoing operations
  • Assist in understanding and troubleshooting technical issues when needed
  • Undertake root cause analysis to implement preventive and corrective measures meeting business and performance needs
  • Utilize Excel, Access, and SQL for data collection, analysis, and profiling
  • Document requirements and functional specifications
  • Observe industry trends and recommend new features or solutions to the product development team
  • Support other duties as required by the manager or supervisor
Requirements

We seek candidates who possess a Diploma or Degree in Business, Information System/Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent. Prior experience in Business Analytics is beneficial. Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools like MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is necessary. Basic SQL knowledge is also essential. Strong analytical skills, effective communication, adaptability, and teamwork are highly valued. A self-motivated individual thriving in a fast-paced environment is ideal.
