Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections and tests, managing vendor-related documentation, and organizing filing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct incoming quality control (QC) inspections and tests, and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
  • Manage and update vendor-related documentation, including checklists, test reports, and mill certificates.
  • Organize and maintain filing systems for drawings and incoming QC records.
  • Oversight maintenance and calibration of instruments and equipment.
  • Support QA Engineer in conducting quality assessments and evaluations.
  • Provide relevant quality data and insights to assist QA Engineer in decision-making processes.
  • Report any calibration issues, damages, wear, or loss of gauges, fixtures, and measuring tools to QA Engineer.
  • Assist other departments with specialized measurements and component/product testing when assigned by QA Engineer.
  • Carry out additional tasks as assigned by QA Engineer or Manager.

Requirements:

  • Nitec in Engineering or related field.
  • Ideal 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance.
  • Fundamental knowledge of engineering drawings required.
