Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and will have a strong background in quality control and assurance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and coordinate the submission of First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) to customers in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
  • Maintain and update technical documents, drawings, specifications, and process instructions to ensure traceability and version control.
  • Perform dimensional inspections of manufactured components using calibrated tools and equipment to verify conformance to engineering specifications.
  • Document inspection results and escalate non-conformances for review and resolution.
  • Assist in root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action (CAPA) activities to address quality issues and drive improvement.
  • Prepare documentation and evidence packages for internal and external audits, including regulatory and customer audits.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects by collecting data, identifying trends, and supporting implementation of process enhancements.
  • Assist in the development of visual aids, checklists, and training materials to reinforce quality awareness across teams.
