The role of China Affairs Collaboration Lead is a key position that requires a high-calibre candidate to help the university foster mutually beneficial relations with China partners through diverse collaboration activities.

As one of the top universities in Singapore, NTU continuously expands its reputation and presence by collaborating with partners in and outside of Singapore, including China as a major collaboration location.
The China Affairs Office is dedicated to helping the university achieve its vision by fostering win-win collaborations with China partners through various projects and initiatives. The successful candidate will work closely with key stakeholders internally and collaborate with partners externally to achieve this goal.
As a key member of the China Affairs Office team, the successful candidate will lead several collaboration projects with China university partners, following NTU's China strategy. This includes leading the preparation of visit programs from China collaborators to NTU, identifying collaboration opportunities through visits, preparing university-level MOU/MOA documents, and managing operations related interactions with NVC.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and project management skills, with experience in collaboration and partnership development. They should also have a strong understanding of the higher education sector and the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.
