Strategic Procurement and Administrative Manager

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement policies, ensuring that all administrative procedures are followed.
- Maintain a good comprehension of procurement policy to ensure proper administration and compliance.
- Perform timely executions of procurement activities and submissions to achieve optimal Procure-to-Pay (P2P) results.
- Generate tender documents, contract drafts, and purchase orders in accordance with procurement guidelines.
- Support sourcing efforts through market research and supplier engagement together with stakeholders.
- Provide guidance to evaluation committees for tender submissions and generate recommendation reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to determine the best approach to resolve procurement needs.
- Offer assistance to department associates in various tasks.
- Monitor and provide support in areas of general office supplies and services.
- Prepare reports and minutes for the department and meetings.
- Issue staff onboarding equipment and items.
- Manage business relationships with suppliers effectively.
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree preferably in Supply Chain Management or related field.
- Candidates without a Bachelor's Degree should possess at least 5 years of experience in the field of procurement.
- Minimally 3 years of experience in similar capacity.
