Job Title:
 HR and Administrative Professional

This role is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a busy office. The successful candidate will be an organized individual with excellent time management skills.

The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

  • Procurement and inventory management, ensuring adequate stock levels of office supplies
  • Office vendor management including sourcing, negotiation, and coordination of services related to office equipment maintenance and repairs
  • Liaising with external vendors for office-related services and maintenance such as delivery, cleaning and facility needs

In addition to these tasks, the HR and Administrative Professional will also be responsible for assisting with filing, scanning and document organization, performing accurate data entry and general administrative support as required. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

This role requires a Diploma in a related discipline or professional equivalent, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience. Training and self-development opportunities will be provided to the successful candidate.
