We are seeking an experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD.
Job DescriptionAs a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the calculation of wages, deductions, and withholdings, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements such as Central Provident Fund (CPF) contributions and Skills Development Levy (SDL).
- You will ensure accurate and timely payment of salary, including hourly, daily, or monthly paid employees, based on their terms and conditions of employment.
- Review payroll transactions, including adjustments, bonuses, and incentives, while ensuring compliance with employment contracts and relevant legislation.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A minimum Diploma in HR with 1-2 years of HR working experience.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a competitive salary position, offering a range of benefits including a salary package estimated at SGD $60,000 - SGD $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic work environment.
