Job Title: Landscape Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to take on the role of Landscape Manager. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the administrative and operational aspects of landscape projects, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess a strong understanding of sustainable landscape design principles and be able to propose innovative solutions to meet client needs.

In this role, you will attend site visits, prepare quotes and maintenance reports, and coordinate work orders with ground crew. You will also be responsible for dealing with client complaints, preparing maintenance schedules, monitoring attendance, and facilitating on-the-job training programs.

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma in Horticulture, Arboriculture, or related fields with a minimum of 1 year's experience in landscaping industries
  • English language proficiency
  • Dynamic and energetic individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player with ability to lead and multitask
  • Commitment to work and excellent skill development objectives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Horticulture or arborist knowledge
  • Microsoft Office skills
