Warehouse Operations Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse. This key role involves setting up and installing equipment at customer locations, performing routine maintenance and servicing of equipment, identifying and reporting any issues or malfunctions with equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality in all work activities, assisting in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup, receiving and processing warehouse stock products, providing support across departments during gaps between primary assignments or when additional assistance is required, and carrying out ad-hoc duties as directed by supervisors.

Responsibilities:
  • Set up and install equipment at customer locations, ensuring all equipment is properly placed and functioning as required.
  • Perform routine maintenance and servicing of equipment, including purifiers, dehumidifiers, and massage chairs.
  • Identify and report any issues or malfunctions with equipment.
  • Maintain high standards of safety and quality in all work activities.
  • Assist in preparing and completing warehouse orders for delivery or pickup.
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products.
  • Provide support across departments during gaps between primary assignments or when additional assistance is required.
  • Carry out ad-hoc duties such as logistics or repair jobs as directed by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of electrical systems and components.
  • Ability to lift heavy products.
  • Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends.
  • Positive attitude and strong customer service skills.
