Senior Metrology Process Developer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Metrology Process Developer to join our team. As a key member of our process development group, you will be responsible for advancing our metrology capabilities and driving the understanding of new metrology technologies and measurement techniques.

About the Role:
  • Develop advanced metrology process development tasks such as Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Focused Ion Beam (FIB), and other metrology-related equipment.
  • Drive the understanding of new metrology technology and measurement techniques in 3D NAND technology.
  • Collaborate with process engineers and process integration teams to identify and provide solutions for inline detection.
  • Work closely with the planning team to understand Model-on-record (MOR) impact of new technology and maintain MOR accuracy.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical engineering, Physics or related field, but Master's/PhD degree preferred.
  • 3 years' experience in Metrology techniques like SEM, AFM, XRD, OCD.
  • Capable of international travel up to 3-5 months.
  • Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
