Role Summary

The ULP CMOS product team is seeking a metrology engineer to join our Advanced Packaging group in Singapore. As part of this role, you will develop new metrology and measurement strategies to ensure critical risks are covered in advanced packaging, new features and offerings on base technologies from early process demonstrations through manufacturing.
