Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated People Operations Excellence Specialist to join our People Operations Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in fostering internal knowledge and expertise to support our colleagues, ensuring a seamless end-to-end colleague experience.

The People Operations Excellence team is responsible for processing transactional elements of the employee lifecycle, developing and maintaining positive relationships with local colleagues and centres of excellence, and proactively engaging and embedding with stakeholders across the People Team and aligned business areas.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, fluency in both English and Mandarin, and a self-driven enthusiasm for continuous learning and development. They will also have the ability to act with integrity, tact, and diplomacy with sensitive and confidential information, and handle it in a secure and safe manner at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process transactional elements of the employee lifecycle
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with local colleagues and centres of excellence
  • Proactively engage and embed with stakeholders across the People Team and aligned business areas
  • Manage HRIS systems to ensure colleague profiles are created, maintained, and accurately updated with any changes throughout the month
  • Handle diverse and confidential information requiring extreme accuracy, independent judgment, and discretion
  • Support continuous process improvements to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and digitization

Location:

  • This role is open to candidates in all locations across Singapore, and you must have the right to work and live in Singapore
  • This role is based in Singapore, Taylor & Francis has flexible hybrid working options for how employees can work based on their role
  • Flexible working is offered with this role, we ask that candidates live within a commutable distance to ensure that as a balanced worker they can make it to our Singapore office to collaborate as required
