Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or actively participate in automation projects to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Design and develop mechanical systems and components that meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • Prepare detailed engineering calculations, drawings, and specifications to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Conduct technical benchmarking and performance analysis to inform engineering decisions and improve product quality.
  • Determine project specifications and schedules by studying product requirements and estimating timeframes to ensure timely completion.
  • Provide on-site technical support, installation, and troubleshooting services to customers and sales teams.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and sales teams to enhance their knowledge and skills.
Qualifications & Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Experience in designing automated systems, particularly motion-related platforms, with a strong understanding of pneumatic devices, sensors, motors, and control systems.
  • Proficiency in SolidWorks or other 3D CAD software to create accurate designs and models.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and customers.
  • Aggressive, proactive, and collaborative team player who is willing to travel for project support and customer interactions.
