Singapore PILOTWORKS SYSTEMS PTE. LTD. Full time

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
1. Develops detailed design, drawings, specification and cost analysis to meet customers’ requirements for prototype or development machines

2. Define mechanical system requirements and features for automated equipment which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, valves, pneumatics and vision systems.

3. Produce detailed engineering drawings

4. Perform design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.

5. Experience in automation system designing with knowledge and experience with 3D Cad systems such as SolidWorks.

**Requirement**:
1. ITE, Diploma in Mechanical or mechatronics engineering or higher.

2. Able to work with other functional groups and 3rd parties to achieve optimal system interface and integration.

3. Ability to work independently in designing and liaising with customers on technical specifications and requirements.

4. Ability to work well in a team environment assisting in planning, organizing, coordinating and implementing projects in timely manner to ensure schedules and customers’ requirements are met.

5. Where appropriate, supervise and co-ordinate the activities of technicians and subcontractors on the assembly of special-purpose machinery, robotic and factory automation projects.
