Scientific Analyst Role

As a Scientific Analyst, you will be responsible for designing and conducting analytical experiments to support technical transfer and lifecycle management.

  • Implement and optimize laboratory methods
  • Evaluate new techniques
  • Maintain lab documentation
  • Ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards

You will also be involved in equipment qualification and calibration. To succeed in this role, you will require strong documentation and problem-solving skills, as well as a solid understanding of laboratory techniques and technical tools.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Biologics, Pharmaceutical/Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in analytical testing, preferably in a regulated laboratory environment
  • Knowledge of FTIR, HPLC, 5S, GMP, Laboratory Techniques, Organic Chemistry, Experimental Design, Equipment Qualification, Crop Protection, Publications, Mass Spectrometry, and Laboratory Calibration
Key Responsibilities:

Supporting Technical Transfer and Lifecycle Management:

  • Conduct and interpret analytical experiments
  • Develop and implement laboratory methods

Laboratory Operations:

  • Maintain accurate lab records and documentation
  • Evaluate and implement new laboratory techniques

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in relevant field
  • Relevant work experience in analytical testing
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory techniques and instrumentation
