As a Sr Analyst - Technical Product Owner, you will play a critical part in shaping our Adverse Events Management product, working closely with the Pharmacovigilance area to ensure seamless processes and user-friendly features.
Responsibilities:- Owning the product vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable user stories
- Shaping the squad vision and roadmap, steering the team towards delivering high-impact products
- Prioritizing the backlog, balancing business value with technical feasibility
- Acting as the voice of the customer within the squad, ensuring we deliver the right solution
- Managing resourcing, creating order entry requests, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding new team members
