
Driving Corporate Impact through Strategic Communications

This is a pivotal role in enhancing our corporate reputation, driving impactful storytelling, and strengthening relationships with stakeholders, media, and the wider community.
Key Responsibilities- The ideal candidate will develop and implement communication strategies to strengthen the company's corporate brand and reputation. This includes managing media relations, drafting press releases, and preparing key messaging for leadership.
- They will oversee internal communications, including leadership messages, staff engagement campaigns, and intranet/employee updates. Additionally, they will craft speeches, presentations, and talking points for senior executives.
- The successful candidate will monitor industry trends and media coverage; provide timely reports and recommendations. They will also manage crisis communication planning and response.
- Another critical aspect of this role is ensuring all communications are consistent, clear, and aligned with corporate values.
- On the CSR front, the Manager will plan, manage, and execute corporate social responsibility initiatives, employee volunteerism programs, and charity events. They will evaluate potential charity partners to ensure alignment with company values and objectives.
- They will develop storytelling content to showcase the impact of charitable initiatives internally and externally. Finally, they will track, measure, and report on the impact of CSR activities.
To succeed in this role, you will require strong expertise in corporate communications (around 60% of the role), combined with proven experience in working with charities, foundations, and CSR-related programs (around 40%).
Strategic thinking, hands-on approach, passion for community engagement, and cultural awareness are essential qualities for this position. You must be a collaborative team player with high initiative and comfortable engaging with senior leadership, media, and external partners.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, as well as great stakeholder management, interpersonal, and networking skills, are also required. Experience working with charity organizations, foundations, or community partners is highly valued.
Qualifications- 7+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or CSR roles
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
