Job Title: Retail Sales Driver

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Retail Sales Driver to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting our products in retail outlets across the region.

Your primary focus will be on visiting assigned retail outlets to sell products as per route schedule. You will process customer orders accurately, collect payments (if required), and complete necessary paperwork. Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, store managers, and staff is crucial to your success in this role.

To excel in this position, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage your time efficiently, and meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Visit assigned retail outlets to sell products as per route schedule
  • Process customer orders accurately, collect payments (if required), and complete necessary paperwork
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, store managers, and staff
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by HOD
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Min 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Possess Class 3 driving license
