As a key player in our institutional and VIP client outreach, you will serve as the primary liaison for clients across both TradeFi and Web3 sectors. You will ensure timely and professional responses to all client inquiries and requests.
By fostering strong relationships with existing clients in APAC and Middle East regions through regular communication and proactive outreach, you will gain a deep understanding of their unique business needs and objectives. This expertise will enable you to tailor solutions that meet client requirements and deliver exceptional service.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance and cultivate relationships, ultimately driving growth and success.
Additionally, you will assist in product development initiatives by conducting market research, gathering feedback, and supporting the Vice President in strategic planning.
Key responsibilities include preparing and presenting reports on client interactions, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making and strategy formulation.
Requirements:
* In-depth knowledge of financial products gained from prior experience in banking or cryptocurrency sectors, enabling clear articulation of complex concepts to clients and stakeholders.
* Proven track record in client management, including robust relationship establishment, thorough client profiling, and personalized solution implementation.
