About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Orthopaedic Nurse Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the orthopaedic department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and document patients' conditions, symptoms, and responses to treatment, maintaining accurate and up-to-date medical records.
  • Assist with orthopaedic procedures and surgeries, prioritizing patient safety and comfort.
  • Educate patients and their families about health management and post-operative care, promoting patient empowerment and self-care.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care, addressing physical, emotional, and social needs.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Nitec or Diploma in Nursing degree, registered with the Singapore Nursing Board.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field, demonstrating expertise and commitment to nursing practice.
