Job Title: Product Development Visionary

Job Description

As a seasoned Product Development Visionary, you will lead the development process to achieve product success. This involves working closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Product Managers and designers to conduct user interviews and validate product requirements.
  • Run sprint plannings, scrums, and retrospectives with Product Managers to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Track and manage development pace to meet project deadlines and drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough systems, user, and security tests pre-release to ensure product quality.
  • Develop and implement effective user education campaigns post-release to enhance customer experience.
  • Provide product support and collaborate with engineers to identify and fix bugs in a timely manner.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in digital product development, including end-to-end experience working with cross-functional teams to build products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation, minute-taking, and technical writing.
  • Highly meticulous and results-driven, following up on tasks for completion and prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
