  • Collaborate with product owners and designers to conduct user interviews and analyze feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to plan and execute sprints, retrospectives, and testing phases.
  • Monitor development pace to ensure timely delivery and track progress.
  • Develop and execute user education campaigns to drive product adoption.
  • Provide product support and work with product/engineering teams to identify and fix bugs.
Experience and Skills Required
  • 4-7 years of experience in building digital products.
  • Proven track record of delivering effective products with limited resources.
  • End-to-end experience working with product teams to build products.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including documentation and technical writing.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Certifications like Scrum Master, Product Owner, Business Analysis Professional are an asset.
