Finance Transformation Manager

The Finance Transformation Manager is responsible for driving the finance agenda forward and shaping the finance function of our clients. This role involves identifying initiatives, developing strategies, and implementing finance transformation and change projects to help clients transform their finance and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify initiatives and develop strategies, roadmaps, target operating model and deliver finance transformation and change projects
  • Provide support and guide team in gathering data and information to understand the current-state processes through interviews and process walkthroughs with the client counterparts
  • Analyze, understand, optimize and/or (re-)design end-to-end Finance processes, including technology used
  • Support the implementation of relevant technology platforms in the finance function such as financial management systems
  • Work closely with Directors and Partners in proposal development and to bring the range of Finance and other competency offerings to the clients
  • Lead research and collection of relevant information and knowledge from our internal resources to provide value-adding recommendations

To qualify for the role, you must have:

  • Degree in Finance or Accounting discipline, with at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
  • Equipped with knowledge on Enterprise Performance Management
  • Excellent verbal/written communication
  • Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
  • Prior experience of managing projects and strong industry experience in the finance field
