We are seeking a strategic leader to join our team in India and the Emerging Asia Markets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for building awareness and penetration of our brand through its Active Consumer Base' and reaching audiences far and wide in our markets.

Core Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Develop and implement a Brand Marketing Strategy & Implementation plan that aligns with our global direction.">
  • Lead a team to develop a go-to-market brand & portfolio strategy, and local communication strategy / execution plans for all themes/campaigns across all audiences while ensuring a balanced approach across all retailer channels.">
  • Drive efficiency and effectiveness in the execution of local marketing plans and media performance, helping to drive the marketing innovation agenda and a test & learn focus, aligning strongly with digital and trade.">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in strategic marketing, with a track record of developing innovative, impactful marketing solutions. You should also possess strong team leadership and ability to inspire teams. A digital native with strong experience in on-line and off-line consumer marketing and building strong brands is required. Experience in PR and amplifying brands through partnerships and external opportunities is an advantage.
