Key Roles and Responsibilities:

As a pivotal figure in our marketing team, you will spearhead efforts to enhance our brand presence and education offerings. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive marketing strategies and budgets.
  • Planning and executing campaigns including open houses, exhibitions, webinars, and fundraising events.
  • Managing digital marketing (SEO, SEM, SMM), media buying, and agency coordination.
  • Supporting enrolment through referral programmes, workshops, and corporate tie-ups.

Branding and Content Strategy:

You will be responsible for ensuring brand consistency across marketing and centre visuals. This includes proposing and managing signage and centre branding (indoor/outdoor). Additionally, you will review and curate engaging content for social media and print materials, and support event photography and videography.

Market Research and Analysis:

Conduct competitor analysis and market surveys to share insights that enhance product positioning and enrolment strategies. Collaborate with the curriculum team to design stimulating classroom and outdoor learning environments. Create and maintain display/set-up manuals and visual guides. Audit centres to ensure alignment with corporate and brand standards.

Event Support and Project Management:

Assist in major events (e.g., brand days, graduation concerts) and coordinate student competitions in areas such as Mandarin, art, and drama. Develop strong project management and creative skills to deliver results-driven outcomes. Proficient in social media, basic design tools, and content writing. A team player with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing or branding. Experience in the education industry is a plus.
  • Strong project management and creative skills.
  • Proficient in social media, basic design tools, and content writing.
  • A team player with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
