Job Title: Senior Contract Manager
Roles and Responsibilities:
As a senior contract manager, you will be responsible for managing and reporting on project budgets and cost control. You will also be responsible for post-contracts administration for both main contracts and subcontracts.
You will monitor all financial aspects of the projects to ensure they run according to budget. This includes liaising with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payment.
You will be familiar with various stages of projects so as to source for the most viable yet reasonable-priced materials. You will be able to share new perspectives on cost, orders, and claims.
You will have in-depth knowledge of architectural and C&S costing.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering, Architectural.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in tendering, estimating, and measurement of quantities on projects.
- Candidates with knowledge in Singapore Institute of Architects (SIA) Conditions of Contract, REDAS, FIDIC, FIDIC Short Form of Contracts.
