About the Role

We seek a highly skilled Facilities Management Project Executive to play a key role in supporting the efficient management of building projects, term contracts, and maintenance initiatives. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in tender processes and project execution, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Managing building, mechanical, and electrical projects, liaising with various stakeholders to ensure all works are on track.
  • Developing and rolling out tender documents for term contracts and projects, evaluating proposals, and providing recommendations for client and management approval.
  • Oversight of contract execution, ensuring project timelines, budgets, and standards are met.
  • Attending project and client meetings to discuss project progress, resolve issues, and provide updates.
  • Taking on additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor to support team goals.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction, or a related field, and at least 2 years of experience in related roles, especially in the building and construction industry.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely submission of tender and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project success.
