Senior Quantitative Specialist

Spend your career working as a Senior Quantitative Specialist, where you will be ready to lead others and make important decisions.
We are looking for someone who is skilled in quotations, claims, VOs, and cost tracking. You will work closely with experienced colleagues to keep scope and costing aligned.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Review and plan all key QS tasks from quotation to claim
- Work closely with Sales and Projects to ensure scope and costing are aligned
- Guide and support other QSs to stay clear and consistent
- Improve simple tracking tools to enhance efficiency
- Handle major VOs and client-side coordination as needed
- Bring structure and visibility to our costing and claim process
- Mentor others by guiding and building trust
To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:
- 6-10 years of experience in QS work, preferably in construction, steel, or fabrication
- Strong skills in quotation prep, VO handling, and cost tracking
- Able to guide experienced QSs without needing to act like a boss
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written skills
- Organised, reliable, and takes ownership
- Comfortable building simple systems and planning ahead
