Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and service levels
- Lead a team of professionals to manage day-to-day operations, including logistics, procurement, and inventory management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Develop and implement lean manufacturing principles to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Manage annual budget and capital spend across manufacturing and distribution footprint
- Present periodic performance reports and metrics to senior leadership
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in operations management, with a focus on supply chain management
- Proven track record of driving business growth and improving operational efficiency
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience with SAP, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Knowledge of supply chain network design and optimization
