Senior Marketing Operations Role

We are seeking an accomplished marketing operations professional to lead our European email marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive email campaigns across multiple European markets.
  • Drive data-driven segmentation, automation, and lifecycle strategies tailored for the region.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver localized, on-brand campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Continuously monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and revenue.
  • Ensure email list hygiene and adhere to GDPR-compliant marketing practices.
  • Support and enable regional partners across target markets.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in email marketing.
  • Proficiency in using platforms like Klaviyo, Salesforce, and others.
  • Strong grasp of marketing automation, CRM workflows, and segmentation principles.
  • Analytical mindset with exceptional reporting and optimization skills.
  • Fluency in English and at least one of French, German, Italian, or Spanish.
  • Deep understanding of GDPR and European privacy standards.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC), e-commerce, software-as-a-service (SaaS), or digital consumer brands.
  • Fluency in French, German, Spanish, or Italian.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS for editing email templates.
  • Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), SMS, and push notification strategies.
