Project Management Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the successful execution and completion of our construction projects.

About the Role

This is a challenging opportunity for an experienced professional to lead our construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and monitor Master and Short-term Construction Programmes
  • Appraise suitability of construction techniques and method statements
  • Carry out simple design calculations
  • Monitor day-to-day operations and supervise project progress
  • Solve technical problems encountered
  • Correspond with Clients, Consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations
  • Evaluate compliance with drawings, certification, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate subcontractors' activities
  • Oversee implementation of the Project Quality Plan
  • Ensure safety regulations and good housekeeping practice are maintained at site
  • Process and finalise claims

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with construction industry practices and procedures
