Job Description: International Trade Coordinator

ST Recruitment Centre is seeking an experienced logistics coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics operations and providing administrative support to ensure smooth import and export processes.

Key Tasks:
  1. Handle customs and trade compliance documentation, including invoice processing and billing
  2. Coordinate shipments, ensuring accurate scheduling and tracking
  3. Prepare and submit necessary customs documents to comply with trade regulations
  4. Resolve operational issues with guidance from senior colleagues
  5. Process invoices and updates in the warehouse management system for local sales partners
Requirements:
  • Diploma/ITE/GCE Levels
  • Good experience in logistics coordination with administrative support for commercial companies
  • Exposure to warehouse management systems or similar software
