We are seeking claims specialists who possess a deep understanding of the claims process in a medical setting. This is an excellent opportunity for dynamic professionals to join our corporate managed healthcare business and contribute to our success.

The job involves providing accurate and efficient adjudication of claims, validation, pre-authorisation of applications, and LOG issuance to meet operational and SLA targets. You will conduct regular review of current claims processes and work with internal stakeholders on developing new and improved processes to enhance efficiency and overall claims experience.

Your responsibilities will include managing escalations and stakeholder relations, championing change, and providing ongoing training and development for effective claims management. You will also liaise with insurance companies to verify exceptions and resolve complaints.

To be successful in this role, you must have a strong technical understanding of the claims process for medical claims, preferably in a Third-Party Administrator/Managed Healthcare environment. Excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills, and exceptional attention to detail are essential.

You will be passionate about driving change to improve business outcomes and possess exceptional communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
