Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and fairly, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, third-party claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
  2. Guide and support claims assistants in their daily responsibilities, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and quality of claims handling.
  3. Manage claims professionally within service benchmarks and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  4. Ensure timely and accurate reserving of claims, taking into account various factors such as damage extent, costs, and potential outcomes.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex claims scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
