
Insurance Claims Processor

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and processing insurance claims efficiently and fairly, while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and supporting team development.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise with policyholders, intermediaries, adjusters, investigators, lawyers, third-party claimants, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate resolution of claims.
- Guide and support claims assistants in their daily responsibilities, focusing on enhancing the efficiency and quality of claims handling.
- Manage claims professionally within service benchmarks and protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure timely and accurate reserving of claims, taking into account various factors such as damage extent, costs, and potential outcomes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively manage complex claims scenarios.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software and tools to streamline claims processing.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
