The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the engineering/maintenance operations of the hotel, ensuring the safety and comfort of guests and team members.

  • Manage routine preventative maintenance and curative maintenance tasks
  • Maintain a level of broader knowledge to handle minor problems in all fields of the department
  • Attend to all types of repairs and maintenance work in the Hotel premises
Responsibilities
  • Perform scheduled inspections and maintenance tasks according to guidelines and PMM schedules
  • Conduct daily service work, including maintaining individual maintenance costs along with time/task labour hours cost
  • Record daily maintenance activities, repairs performed, and any outstanding issues within guest rooms
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of relevant experience with related certificates
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and carpentry
  • Ability to troubleshoot common maintenance issues and perform handyman tasks
