Job Overview

As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and accounting common assets and inventory at multiple locations.

  • Key responsibilities include managing databases, processing asset/inventory receipts, transfers, and disposal via Authorities' IT systems.
  • Administrative tasks involve receiving, storing, and distributing assets at the storehouse.
  • Cyclical stocktake is conducted for common assets and assets held within Authority premises.
  • Timely response to employees' enquiries on logistics matters is crucial.
  • Supporting supervisors with periodic audit checks and preparation of audit reports is also essential.
  • Meeting quality service standards and customer satisfaction ratings as stipulated by the Authority is paramount.

Requirements

  • A Diploma in Business Management or relevant logistics experience with an A-Level/ITE Certificate is required.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software/applications, especially Excel, is necessary.
