Pharmaceutical Research Expert

Job Overview:

  • Design and execute experiments to drive scientific innovation in the field of antibody drug discovery.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education and Experience:

  1. Hold a PhD degree with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in antibody drug discovery, preferably in an academic or industrial setting.
  2. Have a strong educational background in immunology, cancer biology, or related disciplines.

Key Competencies:

  • Mammalian cell culture expertise, including assay design and optimization.
  • Immunological assay knowledge, such as MLR, TDCC, ADCC, and others.
  • Therapeutic model expertise for antibody drugs in oncology and autoimmune diseases.
