Grid Infrastructure Specialist

As a Transmission Network Planning Expert, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our grid. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to meet load growth and generation needs.
Key responsibilities include planning transmission network expansion and HVDC systems, designing network connections and supply networks for large customers, and planning generation connections for gencos. Additionally, you will design network reactive compensation devices for high voltage control and network utilization, prepare agreements with customers and stakeholders, and develop project proposals and papers for approval.
Requirements:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore.
- Experience in transmission network planning or distribution network design preferred.
- Experience with power system analysis software preferred.
- 5 to 8 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Good interpersonal, communication skills, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
