Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Senior Growth Marketer to increase the reach and adoption of CoinGecko API. You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing efforts, driving user acquisition, and scaling the impact of our product. Key responsibilities include:
- Increase Digital Presence
- Improve the reach of our product and brand by growing and managing all aspects of one (or more) marketing channels such as socials, videos, content, emails, digital PR, partnerships, campaigns, and ads/sponsorships.
- Content Production
- Manage all aspects of content production within your channel from ideation to implementation, striving for a larger impact, including market research, copywriting, basic design, and distribution. Ensure that we're meeting internal guidelines and continuously adding value to users.
- Partnerships & Outreach
- Bld productive relationships with community partners and clients to learn how we can add value while maximizing the reach of our products/content.
- Project Management
- Manage complex projects end-to-end by developing detailed plans, collaborating with internal & external teams when needed, improving workflows and guidelines, and ensuring delivery of high-quality output.
- Stay Plugged-In
- Stay up-to-date with the latest cryptocurrency and marketing trends. Conduct customer, competitor, and general market research to remain relevant.
- Planning & Strategy
- Actively seek ways to improve the effectiveness of what we do. Collaborate with team leads to ensure plans are aligned towards a common goal by reviewing progress and priorities on a quarterly basis, and building a good understanding of what our users want/need.
- Improve Playbooks
- Besides improving existing workflows and guidelines, create new playbooks from scratch when needed. Participate in knowledge sharing activities and ensure important information is updated/documented well.
- Performance Reporting
- Provide regular reporting and analysis on performance metrics and effectively communicate feedback and learnings within the team. Build and/or automate new dashboards from scratch when needed.
- Coaching
- Able to mentor interns, junior team members, and manage freelancers.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Proven Ability
- 4+ years of relevant experience as a T-shaped Marketer, with some experience growing one (or more) marketing channels, such as social media, videos, content marketing, digital PR, etc.
- Marketing Foundations
- Basic knowledge of various marketing skills, including market research, copywriting, storytelling, design, branding, UI/UX, HTML/CSS, and analytics.
- Domain Knowledge
- Possession of passion for cryptocurrency, blockchain, or financial markets is a huge plus. Upon joining the team, you are expected to build a good understanding of our users' needs vs wants, trending market insights, and addressing their needs within the channels or content you own.
