We are seeking a highly skilled Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in advancing the understanding of aquaculture genetics and genomics to address critical challenges in the industry.

- The postholder will be responsible for conducting research in aquaculture genetics and genomics, focusing on quantitative trait loci (QTL) mapping and genome-wide association studies (GWAS).
- Conduct research in aquaculture genetics and genomics, focusing on QTL mapping and GWAS
- Design and execute experiments, analyse genomic data, and interpret results
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to ongoing projects
- Prepare manuscripts for publication in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at scientific conferences
- PhD in Aquaculture Genetics and Genomics or a closely related field
- Demonstrated expertise in QTL mapping and GWAS
- Proven ability to work independently and manage research projects effectively
- Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills
