Database Developer Position Overview

The role of a senior database developer involves leading the development team and ensuring that all development work is completed on time and meets the highest standards of quality.

In this position, you will be responsible for designing and developing efficient database solutions using Microsoft SQL Server. Your expertise will be crucial in creating views, functions, and stored procedures, as well as writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications.

  • Developing databases from scratch
  • Creating task schedules for automation
  • Writing optimized SQL queries for integration with other applications
  • Developing SSIS projects for ETL (Extract, Transform, Load)
  • Creating reports in SSRS
  • Omitting or removing certain legacy system components
  • Modifying databases according to requests and performing tests
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2016 or above
  • Expertise with SSRS, SSIS, .Net Framework, JavaScript, HTML, and Agile methodologies
  • Good communication skills and attention to detail
  • Knowledge of Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
