Technician Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical and electronics assembly, with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and following assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications.
  • They will use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks and collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement changes.
  • Additionally, the Technician will perform system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required, and support 5S and workplace safety practices.
  • Leadership skills are also essential, as the candidate will lead and guide operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills are necessary, as the Technician will complete all required documentation and records for production.
Requirements
  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience or training is required.
  • Practical experience in electrical and electronics assembly is essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent is also necessary.
  • Knowledge or experience in SAP and MES systems is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are required.
  • Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team is essential.
  • Open to working overtime when required.
