Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assembly and Testing: Interpret and follow assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure accurate production of electronic systems.
  • Tool Proficiency: Use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks.
  • Collaboration and Improvement: Collaborate with engineering teams to improve processes and implement changes.
  • Troubleshooting and Quality Assurance: Perform system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required, to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Safety and Productivity: Support 5S and workplace safety practices to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Leadership and Guidance: Lead and guide operators to meet quality and productivity standards.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Complete all required documentation and records for production.
  • Electronics Assembly Support: Assist in basic electronics assembly tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience: Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience or training.
  • Electrical and Electronics Experience: Practical experience in electrical and electronics assembly is required.
  • Software Proficiency: Competent in MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent.
  • System Knowledge: Knowledge or experience in SAP and MES systems is preferred.
  • Critical Skills: Analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Work Habits: Ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.
  • Overtime and Adaptability: Open to work overtime when required.
