Electronics Assembly Specialist

Job Summary:

  • As an Electronics Assembly Specialist, you will be responsible for interpreting and following assembly instructions, schematic diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure the successful completion of production tasks.

  • You will use hand tools and equipment proficiently for assembly tasks, collaborating with engineering teams to improve processes and implement changes as needed.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience in electrical and electronics assembly, with a strong background in MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent.

  • Competitive analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential for this role, as well as the ability to follow instructions, work independently, and as part of a team.

  • Apart from performing system rack assembly and testing, including troubleshooting when required, you will support 5S and workplace safety practices, lead and guide operators to meet quality and productivity standards, complete all required documentation and records for production, and assist in basic electronics assembly tasks.

  • In addition, you will perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor, demonstrating your adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic production environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 year of relevant experience or training is required.

  • Practical experience in electrical and electronics assembly is necessary for success in this role.

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office and Google Sheets or equivalent is also required, as well as knowledge or experience in SAP and MES systems which is preferred.
