Teaching Role

We are seeking a dedicated educator to join our school community. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality education and fostering the growth of students.

The successful candidate will have the ability to teach across various age ranges, including Secondary, IGCSE and IB Diploma. They should be able to design and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of all learners.

This position requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues to provide a supportive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To teach and educate students according to guidelines provided by the school's curricular programmes - PYP, Secondary, IGCSE and IB Diploma.
  • To promote the attributes and attitude of the IB Learner Profile and the school values.

Includes but not limited to:

  • Designing and delivering lessons to teach knowledge, techniques and support each learner's understanding.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure that every learner's individual needs are catered for through differentiated planning, learning engagements and assessment opportunities.
  • Assessing and monitoring the progress of learners and setting goals for improvement, including writing student reports and attending parent meetings.
  • Promoting the health, safety and wellbeing of all students.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of two (2) years or more relevant full-time teaching experience as a qualified teacher.
  • Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a Professional Degree in Teaching / Teaching qualification certificates (PGDE, PGCE, PGCEi, NIE Diploma) / Valid Teacher Licence / QTS.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of teaching for Secondary, IGCSE and IB level preferred.
