Job Description


We are seeking an experienced and qualified Early Childhood Teacher or Literacy Teacher to lead our Preschool Literacy Program. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the program in accordance with MindChamps' policies and guidelines.




  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement engaging literacy programs for children aged 3-7 years old
  • Prepare and utilize high-quality teaching aids and resources
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and address individual needs
  • Develop and foster strong relationships with parents and colleagues


Requirements and Qualifications


To be successful in this role, you will require:




  • A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Educational Studies (with a focus on Early Years Enrichment, Creative Language Arts, Speech and Drama, etc.)
  • Minimum 1 year's experience in classroom teaching with learners aged 3-7 years old
  • Creative and inspiring teaching style with excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Knowledge of educational, developmental, and cognitive psychology principles
