Job Description

Edbi-pte-ltd is a strategic investment platform that provides capital, networks and expertise to help portfolio companies scale across the region and globally.

The role of a Portfolio Operations Specialist is critical in supporting the growth and success of these companies. Key responsibilities include reviewing corporate actions, providing recommendations, ensuring smooth post-investment operations, accurate and timely portfolio reporting and valuation, maintaining up-to-date and accurate investment portfolio data, including portfolio and deal documentation, analysing portfolio companies' data and developing dashboards to generate insights that inform decisions and drive outcomes, and working collaboratively on digitalization and strategic initiatives, including vendor management, implementation, and post-implementation activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Degree in a related discipline or relevant working experience in investment operations or legal corporate work.
  • Good understanding of accounting and valuation fundamentals.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and ability to engage at different levels.
  • Detail-oriented, organised, meticulous and number savvy.
