**Job Description**

">We are seeking a skilled and experienced Voice Recording Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in voice recording systems, including NICE NTR/NTRX, NICE FUSION, and VERINT VERBA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Manage the delivery of Trader Voice and Voice Recording services into the Company, primarily involving operations, controls, and project delivery.
  • Ensure maximum availability of technology and maintain it at an appropriate technical level for support and maintenance purposes.
  • Perform daily ready for business checks on IPC Unigy, Cisco Voice, Nice NTR, and NTRX.
  • Troubleshoot any Voice & Recording related issues and collect metrics for third Line escalation.
  • Create reports for Voice Recording Operations and Senior Management teams, as well as Compliance/Litigation teams.
  • Adhere to Internal Controls and procedures and ensure deadlines and SLA are met.
  • Collaborate with members of the Voice Recording Operations team in other Regions to ensure a continuous effort in resolving issues and knowledge sharing.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • 5+ Years' experience in a similar Trading Voice Support Role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Voice Recording Systems, including NICE NTR/NTRX, NICE FUSION, and VERINT VERBA.
  • Good understanding of Windows servers, Private wires, and Hoot Networks.
  • Professional experience documenting, planning, and managing platforms through their life cycle.
  • Understanding of Compliance regulations (MiFID, DODD-Frank, etc.).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, customer-service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time, collect and analyze Systems Trace Logs, and work as part of a Global team.
  • Desire to learn and adapt to new technology skillsets.
