**Job Description:
**GENERAL**:

- Manage and support on hardware and software components pertaining to a Voice/ Recording infrastructure, including operating systems, Unified Communications platform
- Maintenance ad-hoc related tasks. Rotational of Standby will be expected

**TECHNICAL**:

- Call response and support within service level agreement
- Incident / problem troubleshooting, fault clarification and isolation
- Provide workaround and/or resolution
- Communication and reporting
- Vulnerability / security update and firmware patch
- Installation of Voice Recording System

**ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT**:

- Routing protocols
- LAN switching Bridge ID, STP, LACP, Vlan and Vlan routing
- Wireless access and authentication
- Firewall rules and policies
- Configuration backup and documentation
- Monitoring and analysis

**Requirements**:

- Good knowledge, troubleshoot and hands on experience in WAN and LAN technologies.
- Good knowledge in troubleshooting and configuring Voice Gateways, including provisioning of dial peers, understanding trunk group, translation patterns
- Experience with SIP, H.323, and MGCP gateways and endpoints
- Self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and urgency
- Diligent in documentation, reporting and tasks tracking ability
- Possess analytical skills to be able to solve issues and ability to work independently and cope with pressure
- Willingness to learn and we are willing to train
- Time management, good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with customer friendly attitude and ability to work in a team environment
- NITEC or Diploma in any IT related disciplines
- SQL knowledge will be an advantage
